What is Qubits AI Curriculum?

Qubit stands for Quantum bits. It is the basic unit of quantum information—the quantum version of the classical binary bit. Quantum computing is considered to be the future of computing. Qubits AI Curriculum introduces K-12 students to artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning. The activities are designed to be engaging and to connect technology with engineering, art, and other subjects. Throughout this set of activities, students have opportunities to reflect on their own thinking and their expectation of technology that “thinks”. Qubits will help students solidify their thinking about what robots and AI are by identifying examples in their environment. Then, it develops children’s intuition about how technology works through powerful metaphors in the form of hands-on activities. Finally, it allows children to envision how they see this technology impacting the future.
